Chapman To

Commençant sa carrière à la TV comme acteur secondaire dès 1974, notamment dans la série à succès My Date with a Vampire, Chapman tâta également de la radio pour finalement atterrir dans le milieu du cinéma en 1999.
Après quelques seconds rôles sans importance, il finit par décrocher une nomination aux HK Awards pour son interprétation dans Infernal Affairs. Chapman s'essaya aussi à la production avec Isabella, le film de Pang Ho Cheung.
