Lau Ching-Wan

Lau est né dans la province de Guangdong en Chine. Il rejoigna la TVB dans l'anné 1983 et fit sa première apparition télévisé l'année suivante.
Il a remporté le prix du Meilleur Acteur à la Hong Kong Film Critics Society Awards en 1997 et 2001 et le Golden Bauhinia Awards en 1999. Il a également remporté son premier prix de meilleur acteur au Hong Kong Film Awards en 2007. Il a remporté ce prix pour son rôle dans le film My Name is Fame.

Il a fait ses débuts au cinéma en 1986 et, depuis lors, a été pris dans un grand nombre de rôles. Il a prouvé être un des plus polyvalents acteurs de Hong Kong.
